Overview
The Swiss Made Direct Loyalty Club (“the Program”) is an exclusive loyalty reward initiative provided by Swissmade Marketing Export Ltd. to eligible customers. Access to the Program is available solely through the official website, swissmade.direct. Participation requires registration, entitling members to lifetime tiered discounts of 5%, 8%, 10%, and 13%, applied to future purchases of authentic Swiss-made products.
These Terms and Conditions for the Loyalty Program (“Program Terms”) are integral to and must be read alongside our General Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy, accessible through our website.
Acceptance of Terms
By registering for or participating in the Swiss Made Direct Loyalty Club, you expressly agree to be bound by these Program Terms, including any future amendments.
Program Membership
Enrollment
Membership is completely free of charge and does not require any initial purchase. To join, individuals must provide a valid email address and their full name on the registration page. Upon successful registration, you will gain access to your personal account dashboard, where you can track your accumulated spending, current discount tier, and other account-related details.
Account Security
Each member is required to create a unique username and password (collectively “Login Credentials”) to access their account. Members must maintain the confidentiality of these credentials and may not share or disclose their Login Credentials to any third party. You are solely responsible for all activities conducted under your account. If unauthorized access or misuse of your account is suspected, immediately notify Swiss Made Direct at info@swissmade.direct.
Only one account per person is allowed in the Swiss Made Direct Loyalty Club.
Account Information Updates
It is each member’s responsibility to promptly update any changes to their personal information, including but not limited to name, address, phone number, and email address. Swiss Made Direct will not be liable for any communications not received due to outdated or incorrect contact information.
Suspension and Termination Rights
Swiss Made Direct reserves the right to restrict, suspend, terminate, amend, or modify a member’s account or program privileges at any time, without prior notice, if the member:
Violates any of the Program Terms,
Engages in fraudulent, abusive, or unethical activities,
Misrepresents personal or purchase information,
Attempts to exploit the Loyalty Program beyond its intended use.
Actions taken by Swiss Made Direct under these circumstances may include, but are not limited to, suspension of discount privileges, revocation of accumulated discount tiers, or permanent termination of membership, with no liability to the company.
Discounts and Special Offers
Earning and Redemption
Discounts are earned based on cumulative spending on purchases made exclusively through the Swiss Made Direct website, regardless of payment method. Discounts are automatically applied upon reaching the defined spending thresholds. These discounts are lifetime privileges and are automatically reflected in your account.
Discount Tiers
San Salvatore (5%): Spending between $1 – $3,000
Pilatus (8%): Spending between $3,001 – $6,000
Jungfrau (10%): Spending between $6,001 – $9,000
Matterhorn (13%): Spending above $9,001
Promotions and Offers
Occasionally, Swiss Made Direct may run special promotional offers. Members must choose either the promotional offer or their membership discount tier; discounts from special promotions and membership tiers cannot be combined. Members will always have the option to select which offer best suits their needs at the point of purchase.
Transferability
Discount privileges and account benefits are personal to each member and cannot be transferred, exchanged, traded, sold, gifted, or bartered unless explicitly stated otherwise by Swiss Made Direct.
Privacy and Communications
Collection and Use of Personal Information
By participating in the Loyalty Program, members consent to the collection and use of their personal information, including name, contact details, purchase history, and account details. This information will be used exclusively to manage the Program, tailor offers, and communicate administrative and promotional messages relevant to your membership.
Communication Preferences
As a member, you agree to receive periodic promotional communications. You may unsubscribe from promotional emails at any time via your account settings, contacting customer support, or using the unsubscribe link provided in all promotional emails.
Age and Capacity
By joining the Swiss Made Direct Loyalty Club, each member certifies:
They have reached the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence or are under the supervision of a legal guardian who consents to these terms.
They have the necessary mental capacity to accept and abide by these Program Terms or are supervised by a legal guardian who consents accordingly.
Abuse of Program Privileges
Misuse or abuse of the Program or its benefits, failure to comply with these Terms, or any fraudulent representation will result in immediate suspension or termination of membership and forfeiture of all accrued discounts and privileges.
Amendments to Terms
Swiss Made Direct reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at its discretion. Any changes will be posted online with an effective date. Members are encouraged to review the Terms regularly to stay informed of any updates.
