Description
Domino Le Pain D’Anis Biscuits are typical Friborg sweets and an integral part of the “Bénichon” menu. They’re hand-shaped with a slight aniseed taste. The rounded shape with three small peaks represents a flower. It is, without contrast, an excellent accompaniment to coffee time!
- Composition: Flour, sugar, eggs, butter, Gruyère double cream, milk powder, carbonate, salt, anise seeds, water
- Elaboration process: Preparation of the dough, lowering the dough into sticks of about 1 cm in diameter and 10 cm in length, then they are cut and closed to give them their round shape
