The Spring is not recommended for heat-sensitive parcels because the delivery is longer than with Swiss Post (approximately 3-5 days longer) due to special handling. With Spring we wanted to achieve what many customers told us: A “budgetfriendly” shipping option!

VAT & Refund Information:

• The buyer, as the importer of the goods, is responsible for VAT and customs in their country.
• Check if an item can be imported into your destination country before purchase.
• While your parcel is on its journey from our warehouse, we cannot take responsibility for any potential challenges, delays, or mishaps that may occur during customs clearance or any shipping-related issues. This is because the carriers involved in delivering your package are separate entities from us.
• There will be no refunds if the goods cannot be imported into your country.
• Important: Unclaimed packages may incur fees and are non-refundable. Packages returned due to unpaid VAT/customs will be charged a return shipping fee and a handling fee. Please note no refunds are issued in these cases.

Packing & Damage Issues:

• • Our packaging is designed for maximum protection, resulting in a 0.93% damage rate during shipping. However, in the rare event of damage, please contact us immediately.

• Important: Report damage immediately for a resolution.

Inspect at Delivery: If possible, check your package for damage in the courier’s presence.

Document Everything: Take photos of any damage to the shipping box, packaging, and the product itself. Also, document any notes indicating the package was opened by customs.

Fast Reporting: Notify both the courier and us within 24 hours of receiving the damaged package. Describe the damage clearly in your report.

Please Note: We cannot replace items damaged during customs inspections or by the carrier(s). This is outside of our control.

• Complaints require a picture for us to process them.
